Media Release - Minister's Office Sydney: 9 December 2004 NSW GOVERNMENT'S PLAN FOR LAND RELEASES IN NORTH WEST & SOUTH WEST SYDNEY Minister for Infrastructure, Planning & Natural Resources, Craig Knowles, said that the Government would release an innovative plan today, outlining the future of land releases in the North West and South West sectors of Sydney. “Our plan will detail how vibrant, attractive and functional communities will be developed in these regions to accommodate a significant proportion of Sydney’s burgeoning growth. “Our plan will outline how we go about managing the release of this land, and how we will deliver important infrastructure projects ‘hand-in-glove’, alongside those releases. “Our plan will ensure that families have easy access to jobs, services, retail centres and, with the new Western Sydney Parklands in such close proximity, places to relax and play,” said Mr Knowles.   Top of Page List of Media Releases © NSW Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Natural Resources
